Monthly Playlist // June 2017
This month's playlist has so many new songs! I think it's because I'm slowly coming out of exam mode and actually I'm able to enjoy music again, but anyway, here's this month's playlist.
This month has seen the General Election in the UK, and with it came a fine anti-Theresa May song from Captain Ska, which had some controversy surrounding it, because it was unplayable on the BBC website.
There were also some songs that I couldn't *not* include (see: Despacito) as they're EVERYWHERE, however some of my favourites have also released new albums. I'm loving the new Alt-J album so much (cred to Ana for introducing it to me), and I couldn't quite decide which was my favourite song, so here are two! I've been also excited to hear new music from Halsey, who I have followed since before she majorly blew up, as well as The Japanese House, PARTYNEXTDOOR and The xx.
Anyway, here are some of my favourites for this month, I hope you enjoy them as much as I have been!
