My Month in 5 Photos: February 2018

This month was a busy one! My parents came to visit, I had my reading week which I spent in Oxford, and there were Valentine's/Pancake Day celebrations. These are 5 photos to document that.

As I said my parents came to visit me in Bath. Those of you who follow us on Instagram will have already seen this photo from Mr B's Emporium of Reading Delights, which is my favourite shop ever. Such an adorable, privately owned bookshop with an amazing selection of books. Definitely worth a visit!

Pancake Day is the most underrated holiday in my opinion. When else is it acceptable to eat UNLIMITED PANCAKES? I just love them. Golden syrup, Nutella, and lemon sugar were my toppings of choice this year but mars bar sauce remains my favourite ever.

Valentine's Day was also this month! James and I celebrated with Italian food and fancy cocktails. This bar is called the Alchemist and the chemistry themed drinks were honestly amazing. I can't wait until I have money again so I can afford to go back!

I went to Southampton to visit Midge and we also went out for cocktails! Pornstar martinis are so good as it turns out. We also went trampolining at Oxygen Freejumping and it was a really fun day out, I would definitely recommend it.

Another photo from Oxford, this is part of the University. It's so beautiful and an oddly peaceful oasis off the side of the busy high street. Honestly beautiful.
